With over 21 years of experience helping and supporting families at the start of their parenting journey, I understand first-hand the toll sleep deprivation has on families.
I have worked for many years as a night nanny with newborns, I was an early years practitioner for local authorities for children with moderate special educational needs.
I have also gained a wealth of experience in my work in the community (both in person and online) educating parents about the norms of infant and early childhood sleep & gentle and responsive ways to improve it.
My experience of working in various roles in early years including as head of a baby and toddler unit stands me in good stead for my work as an Independent Sleep Consultant.
As a mother myself, I understand the overwhelm & stress that comes with not being able to help a child to sleep.
I specialise in supporting families with sleep issues using gentle, respectful, evidence-based methods of sleep shaping/coaching.
I am a member of the IACSC (International Association for Child Sleep Consultants).
I am looking forward to meeting you and your little one and guiding you in establishing good sleep habits from early on!
