Hello!

My name is Stephanie, but you can call me Steph.

Over the past 24 years, I have gained training, qualifications and experience in various fields of maternity of healthcare, including midwifery, lactation, infant sleep, bereavement,  counselling and hypnotherapy and hypnobirthing. 

I trained and worked for the NHS from 2009 to 20015, supporting new parents and infants with feeding challenges on the postnatal ward. I learned a lot from these experiences, and I now combine traditional care with holistic therapies to provide comprehensive postnatal support to families.

I live in South West London with my two amazing children, who are now 21 and 14 and our cat Willow.

In 2015, I founded Holistic Babies London after feeling frustrated with the care I could provide working in a busy NHS hospital. Since then, I have supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth and postnatal journeys. I have even had the privilege of returning to help them through their second or subsequent babies.

At Holistic Babies London, we offer something unique: a healthcare professional who will support you as you transition from hospital to home and into parenthood. We provide the support you need between visits from your community midwife or health visitor.

Our team is here to answer any questions, provide reassurance, and refer you to the appropriate professional if necessary.
