Hello, I am Elaine,

A proud mum of two and a Reiki Master.

8 years ago, I decided to quit my corporate job in the city to look after my family's mental and physical health. Due to constant demands and societal pressures, we were riddled with anxieties and illnesses and I knew we needed to make some changes. 

One day something made me research 'Reiki'. I was completely mind-blown by my first session. It was something I have never experienced before and walked away feeling so much peace, calm and lightness. The impact Reiki has had on my overall well-being and my children has been phenomenal. All of which has led me to becoming a Reiki Master (trained level 3 with Stephanie) today. 

I love nothing more than nurturing people and seeing how Reiki empowers them to know how powerful and strong they are. Having suffered from birth trauma, I am also passionate about the well-being of women's health.  I also volunteer at a local primary school providing Reiki to neurodiverse children with ADHD, autism and sensory processing disorders. Fully DBS checked.
