Reiki has been shown to provide numerous benefits, including relief from pregnancy sickness, deep relaxation during birth, and support for infant sleep, reflux, teething, and healing from frenotomy.

The course takes place in the comfort of your home on a one-to-one basis (couples welcome) as a small group.
Training Locations:
The Reiki Healing Course for parents/ Level 1 Attunement means you will learn about Reiki Healing, be attuned to Reiki Level 1, and use Reiki energy on yourself and your family, as well as your children, pets and, of course, your baby!
The course can be completed in one day, two half days, or spread out over four weeks with weekly hour-long sessions for up to four people.
Fee: £190 for new students, £175 for existing clients
The Reiki Course is taught by Stephanie, Reiki Master Teacher, Registered wih the Reiki Federation UK & The CMHC since 2018.
