Hi, I’m Silene — an Acupuncturist, Fertility Massage Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner.

Most of my work focuses on women's health, and I’m truly passionate about helping women feel better in their bodies, understand their reproductive system, and advocate for themselves when they need to.

I’m here to support women during those overwhelming and burnt-out moments — the times when everything feels too much.

I often say that acupuncture has this incredible ability to lift the overwhelm and create a sense of space between the person and what’s going on in her life.
